Sr. Graphic Designer
Summary:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for our Wrap Designs clients. This position requires working directly with customers, so you must be able to demonstrate outstanding listening skills to be able to deliver what they want. You’ll be taking the lead over a team of several talented graphic designers on staff, so leadership skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the graphic design team in maintaining our high standard of remarkable creativity, innovation, and ingenuity
- Cultivate the ideas and requests of our customers from conception through execution
- Promote innovation and teamwork in a fun and supportive atmosphere
- Review all designs and oversee the other graphic designers
- Ensure all vinyl wrap designs meet the highest standard of quality
- Act as a resource and mentor for the design team
- Lead monthly design strategy and brainstorming sessions with the team
- Take the lead in hiring additional vinyl car wrap designers as the company grows
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in graphic design or a visual media field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while overseeing others
- High level of skill in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to layout complex projects in an attractive way
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and make sure the design team meets their deadlines
- Experience in a leadership role preferred
